  • The final authority on decisions related to the physical infrastructure of campus.

Office of Space Optimization

  • Charged with facilitating a fair and transparent space request and allocation process.

Campus Use of University Facilities Committee

  • The CUUF Committee shall:
    • Review and recommend policies regarding the non-academic use of University Facilities and Outdoor Spaces to the Chancellor.
    • Periodically review this Policy and the associated Procedures and recommend necessary revisions to the Chancellor and Chancellor’s delegates.
    • Review Event requests, as well as other CUUF-related matters, not fitting into previously established categories.
    • Make recommendations to the Chancellor or designee regarding requests to temporarily waive sections of the CUUF policy.
