Enshin Karate 

Enshin Karate is considered the ultimate practical style in the martial arts. It encompasses a trademark strategy that enables its practitioners to convert defense into offense, utilizing devastating blocks, kicks and punches. It stresses the development of flexibility, power, and speed; with emphasis on stretching, conditioning, and practice.

Shotokan Karate 

Shotokan Karate is one of the oldest forms of traditional Okinawan / Japanese martial arts still in practice today. This class will present traditional forms and techniques that are accessible to all participants.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is the single most effective martial art you can learn for self-defense. Unlike most martial arts, Jiu Jitsu doesn’t rely on size and strength. It’s all about leverage and joint manipulation. A smaller person could easily defeat a much larger and stronger opponent with BJJ.  Great for men and women of any experience level, whether you are looking to compete or just to have fun, have a great workout, and learn self defense, this class is for you! The basics class provides a good foundation in skills, the Level 2 class allows participants to move to the next level in development. Multi time national and state BJJ champion Brian Scott, who holds national and international titles in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competition will be teaching the class.

Muay Thai Basics 

Our Muay Thai kickboxing class is perfect for beginners and advanced students.  This class is led by undefeated Muay Thai Kickboxer and champion Brian Scott.  Muay Thai is the art of 8 limbs using boxing, elbow strikes, knee strikes and kicks as weapons. This system provides stress relief, strength, cardiovascular fitness, self-defense and it is extremely fun.  This class will provide students with the tools they need for the ring, including the complete conditioning of a fighter, even though you may never compete. Great for men and women of any experience level, whether you are looking to compete or just to have fun, have a great workout, and learn self defense, these classes are for you! The basics class provides the foundation, Level 2 allows participants to elevate the skills they have learned.

Eskrima 

Doce Pares Eskrima is the weapons art of Filipino Stick Fighting.  This is a modern style of weaponry and it incorporates the use of single stick, double stick and empty hand techniques, taught through striking and defending partner drills in a safe and friendly manner.  Our Eskrima class is perfect for beginners and advanced students.  This class is led by 5 time World Champion Guro Brian Scott of the Wolchek Academy of Martial Arts.  This system provides a comprehensive style that promotes fitness and self-defense and it is extremely fun.
