Adult Swim Lessons Level 0
For those who have a fear of water or don't like to let go of the side of the pool, this class is for you. The goal is to get comfortable. We will learn skills such as entering and exiting the pool safely, putting the face in water, attempting to submerge while holding onto the side and walking on the pool bottom while being assisted with a kickboard or noodle. Swimming skills will not be covered, this class is to raise the level of comfort while in the water.

Adult Swim Lessons Level 1
This beginner level class is for swimmers with little to no experience. We will cover the basics of swimming, including floating, gliding, stroke introduction, water safety and deep water skills.

Adult Swim Lessons Level 2
This is an intermediate level class for swimmers with moderate experience who are already comfortable in the water. We will focus on stroke and skill development including breathing, endurance, deep water comfort, treading and development of a single stroke.
Adult Swim Lessons Level 3
Level 3 swim lessons are ideal for the swimmer who wishes to further develop their swim technique and efficiency. Participants will explore flip turns, stroke refinement and alternate breathing techniques. Use of training tools such as pull buoys, kickboards and hand paddles will also be introduced.
