Course Proposal Form

Use this form to propose a new course. Use the course revision form to make changes to an existing course.  

Do not select “Finish” until all edits have been made and approved by the curriculum committee.  Instead, once you have completed inputting your details for the new course, save the form as a PDF and click “Finish Later”. Then email the PDF to Jim Brody for Curriculum Committee consideration, discussion, and review.  

Once final approval is provided by the Curriculum Committee and you have made any necessary revisions, sign the form, and click “Finish”. This will send your course proposal through the approval workflow for signatures.
