Lodging
We offer housing for students, researchers, organized K-12 events, and conference attendees.
- 1 lodge for 32 people (8 sleeping rooms, 4 beds each). Rent entire building only. Year round.
- 2 apartments (2 bedroom). Year round.
- 4 summer cooking cabins (1-2 bedroom). June 01 - Sept 30
- 36 summer basic cabins (1-2 people). June 01 - Sept 30
Course students: Your tuition covers lodging. Summer courses use the basic cabins. Winter courses use the lodge.
Moores-Collins Lodge

Thanks to a generous donation from the Moores-Collins family, we were able to build a a new year-round lodge in 2003. Open for conferences, courses, and retreats, the lodge holds 32 people. It is fully equipped with a kitchen, restrooms, showers, and a meeting space. Rent entire building only. Meeting space is an optional extra charge.
The lodge has a self-service kitchen, a large meeting room (24 person capacity) with projection screen, WiFi, and houses up to 32 people in eight, 4-person rooms. Separate men's, women's, and non-gender / ADA restrooms are located inside the lodge. Bedding for single bunk beds is not provided.
Winter course students: Your tuition covers lodging in a 4-person room.
Open year round.
Ponderosa apartment

The Ponderosa/Lodgepole duplex building has two similar, adjacent apartments and is located near the Kiowa and Marr labs. Each apartment is two stories tall, with stairs between the levels. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, and propane heat.
Only the Ponderosa apartment is potentially for rent.

LIMBER summer cooking cabin

WILLOW summer cooking cabin
1 bedroom loft, 0 bath, 0 kitchen, running non-potable sink water, utilizes community bathhouse, electricity, and electric space heaters.
Summer basic cabins

36 non-winterized cabins (1-2 person). Each is 1 bedroom (single bed or 2 bunk beds), utilize community bathhouse, electricity, and electric space heaters.
These cabins are small and rustic, have twin sized beds, wardrobe/dresser, table, chairs. No sheets, blankets, or pillows are provided.
Summer course students: Your tuition covers lodging in a basic cabin (single or shared) and meals in the dining hall.
