Biomedical Microfluidics Lab

Welcome to Biomedical Microfluidics Laboratory (BMMLab) directed by Dr. Xiaoyun Ding at the University of Colorado Boulder!

Our interdisciplinary research is focused on cutting-edge micro/nano systems for various applications in biomedicine. We seek to understand cell response to membrane disruption, and develop tools and techniques for cell manipulation, processing, analysis, intracellular and subcellular drug delivery.

Research Interests:

  • Precise Intracellular Drug Delivery for Immunotherapy and Gene Editing
  • On-chip Cell Manipulation, Processing and Analysis
  • Cell Mechanics, Membrane Disruption and Recovery
  • Other General Microfluidics and Biomedical devices
