Welcome to Biomedical Microfluidics Laboratory (BMMLab) directed by Dr. Xiaoyun Ding at the University of Colorado Boulder!
Our interdisciplinary research is focused on cutting-edge micro/nano systems for various applications in biomedicine. We aim to understand cell membrane disruption/recover, and develop tools and techniques for cell/bioparticle manipulation and analysis, cell mechanics, intracellular and subcellular drug delivery.
Research Interests:
- Precise Intracellular Drug Delivery for Immunotherapy and Gene Editing
- On-chip Cell Manipulation, Processing and Analysis
- Cell Mechanics, Membrane Disruption and Recovery
- Other General Microfluidics and Biomedical devices
