Research Interests:

I am deeply interested in exploring the impact of nicotine exposure and withdrawal on sleep architecture using preclinical rodent models. Specifically, my research focuses on elucidating the mechanisms by which nicotine alters sleep patterns and identifying the disruptions that arise during periods of abstinence. Furthermore, our work aims to leverage pharmacological interventions to mitigate these sleep disturbances, providing critical insights into potential therapeutic strategies for improving sleep health during nicotine withdrawal.
