This award is intended to recognize and foster student leaders in our community, and student leaders with a strong global perspective. 

An International Affairs Global Leader...

• Is engaged and has strong concern for the International Affairs community. They become involved in issues affecting students and the program in general, and have a strong interest in service. 
• Shows initiative, bringing new ideas to internationally-related activities and moving student organizations in positive directions.
• Makes meaningful connections between the local and the global. They recognize that what happens at CU Boulder and their community is connected to the world at large.
