  • The Retired Faculty Association at CU Boulder;

  • General questions about the Office of Faculty Affairs (OFA).

Zaya supports OFA through event coordination, communications, daily operations, and new initiatives that strengthen faculty development and community across campus. They also provide support for the Retired Faculty Association at CU Boulder, helping coordinate activities and communications that keep retired faculty connected and engaged. As the first person faculty and visitors see when they arrive at the OFA office or attend OFA events, Zaya plays a key role in creating a welcoming, inclusive environment for the campus community. In addition, they contribute to research‑related projects and assist in coordinating the logistical and communication needs that help move those efforts forward.

Zaya graduated from Stony Brook University with a degree in Psychology and a concentration in Business Marketing, where they developed a passion for higher education and student life. They are currently pursuing a Master’s in Higher Education at CU Boulder’s School of Education, with plans to continue on to a Ph.D.

Fun Fact: Outside of work and school, Zaya enjoys snowboarding, longboarding, cliff jumping, and music festivals—anything that offers an adventure and a chance to spend time with friends.
