Call for Applications: Office of Faculty Affairs Part-Time Faculty Fellow Positions

Would you like to help shape faculty development and success at CU Boulder while cultivating your leadership skills and experience? The Office of Faculty Affairs (OFA) solicits applications for several part-time Faculty Fellow positions to coordinate and facilitate our Women+ FacultyInternational FacultyACUMent, or Writing Group programming in academic year 2026–27. These appointments will begin in May 2026. 
 
Faculty Fellow position responsibilities include: 

  • Planning and facilitating 2–6 workshops/events for academic year 2026–27 that support professional development/community-building (Women+ Faculty and International Faculty programs).
  • Coordinating faculty participation in mentoring and writing relationships/groups (ACUMent and Writing Group programs).
  • Collaborating effectively with the OFA personnel who supervise and support the Faculty Fellows.
  • Representing the OFA as a valued team member who cultivates relationships and community with CUB faculty. 

Faculty Fellow positions are part-time, additional administrative appointments that come with small stipends, a one-year May–April appointment, and the possibility of annual renewal at the discretion of OFA. Applicants may be teaching, clinical, or tenure-track faculty who have three or more years of faculty experience and a current appointment at CUB. Applicants will be considered for responsibilities related to any of the four program areas noted above. Position assignments will be determined according to the suitability and interests of finalist candidates.
