Carolyn supports the Office of Faculty Affairs (OFA) by ensuring that faculty personnel policies and procedures are implemented clearly, consistently, and in alignment with campus and university standards. She leads CU Boulder’s comprehensive review, promotion, and tenure (CRPT) processes and manages the administrative operations of the Vice Chancellor’s Advisory Committee (VCAC). In addition, she coordinates faculty-specific leaves and sabbaticals, supporting academic units in navigating the policies, timelines, and documentation associated with these programs. 

Carolyn serves as a key resource for academic units seeking guidance on faculty personnel actions, providing direction on policy interpretation, procedural requirements, and best practices across the full span of faculty evaluation, promotion, and career support.
