Ayelen (pronounced ash-eh-LEN) supports the Office of Faculty Affairs (OFA) to plan and implement programs, services, and initiatives that strengthen faculty development, leadership, and community across campus. She is a key partner in helping faculty bring their ideas to life—whether through event planning, logistical coordination, or support for projects that enhance professional growth and connection. Her work ensures that OFA offerings run smoothly, are thoughtfully designed, and meet the evolving needs of the faculty community.

She has lived in Argentina, France and a few cities in the Midwest, settling in Colorado in 2021. Ayelen holds a B.A. in Psychology and French from the University of Missouri, Columbia, a certificate in the Art of Pastry from the French Pastry School in Chicago, and an M.A. in French Language and Literature from CU Boulder.  

Fun Fact: Ayelen speaks fluent Spanish, English, and French.
