Created by English alumnus Dick Shahan in 2014, the writing competition gives all CU Boulder English majors and minors a chance to use their imaginations and demonstrate their writing skills in a variety of genres. The competition is expected to generate an annual prize of $1000 for the winning entry. Three winners will be chosen for the 2021-22 Academic Year.
