Conference Services Student Positions

We employ dedicated and enthusiastic student leaders each year to join our team and help create great experiences for our guests. Most positions are for the summer months and the hiring process for the season begins in January.

Conference Services Intern 

Build your resumé while working with a supportive team of professionals. Duties include planning, billing, budget preparation, communication and special projects.

Senior Conference Assistant

Sharpen your delegation and point-person skills. This front-line position begins the customer's journey with CUCS so guest service skills are a must.

Conference Assistant

Support the CUCS office in day-to-day operations. Reception, errands, email and registration support are part of the conference assistant's responsibilities.

Senior Conference Operations Assistant

Great customer service and organization skills are imperative to this role. You will be tracking equipment and shipments, assisting with scheduling and acting as point person for operations teams.

Conference Operations Assistant

You will be supporting the senior conference operations assistant with equipment and shipment tracking, scheduling and acting as operations team point person when needed.

Intern Lodging Program Intern

This intern will mostly coordinate and plan the logistics of intern lodging, including online registration, contracts, billing and check-in/out.

Residential Services Manager

This live-in, paraprofessional position will assist in the day-to-day operations of the residence halls during the summer months and requires some night, weekend and on-call work.

Residential Services Assistant

Provide direct customer service and support to conference guests staying in the residence halls.
