Conference Services Student Positions

We employ dedicated and enthusiastic student leaders each year to join our team and help create great experiences for our guests. Most positions are for the summer months and the hiring process for the season begins in January.

Residential Services Assistant (RSA)

As a paid employee, this position is part of the Conference Services team working under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Conference Operations and the Assistant Director of Residential Operations as well as working with other CUCS professional staff, residence life staff and students. 

Conference and Event Space Crew 

As a paid employee, this position is part of the CU Conference Services (CUCS) team during the academic and summer months, working under the supervision of the Event & Academic Space Coordinator, as well as working with all other CUCS professional staff, clients, and conference groups. 

Conference Services Intern (position filled)

As a paid employee, this position is part of the CU Conference Services (CUCS) team during the spring and summer months, working under the supervision of the Conference Manager, as well as working with all other CUCS professional staff, clients, and conference groups. 

Conference Assistant

As a paid employee, this position is part of the CU Conference Services (CUCS) team during the academic and summer months, working under the supervision of the Conference Manager, as well as working with all other CUCS professional staff, clients, and conference groups. 

Residential Services Manager

This Residential Services Manager position is responsible for the day-to-day housing operations of the Residence Halls. This paraprofessional job will have varied work responsibilities depending on placement and will be scheduled to work 40(+) hours a week. This is a full-time, live in, salaried, temporary job during the summer months only.

Intern Lodging Program Assistant (position filled)

This intern will mostly coordinate and plan the logistics of intern lodging, including online registration, contracts, billing and check-in/out

This intern will mostly coordinate and plan the logistics of intern lodging, including online registration, contracts, billing and check-in/out.

Sales and Marketing Intern (position filled)

This nine-month to one-year internship opportunity will support the overall business strategy and growth for the university's conference services.
