Undergraduates are encouraged to participate in research to prepare themselves for graduate school, professional school, or industry. There are multiple opportunities for undergraduates to be involved in research within the Department of Biochemistry. Consider reaching out to faculty through email or in person about possible openings in their labs. A list of faculty interested in having undergraduates undertake independent research in their groups for the Fall 2019/Spring 2020 academic year can be found here.
If you have any questions about undergraduate research, and getting connected to any opportunities, please email our Undergraduate Program Manager at bchmundergrad@colorado.edu or be on the look out for information about one of our research orientation events.
