Bio: At FedEx, she managed mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic business combinations. Earlier in her career, she was the Economic Research associate in the international economics and monetary policy group at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. She is an emeritus member of EY's Corporate Development Leadership Network. She is an active volunteer at the Humane Society of Boulder Valley and is a strong supporter of several animal welfare organizations in the US and abroad. Paula previously served on the board of the Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County.
