Certificates

The Graduate Teacher Program currently offers two certificates in college teaching and future faculty development:

 

Certificate in College Teaching

The Certificate in College Teaching (CCT) helps graduate teachers develop a confident classroom presence, good interactional skills, and a firm foundation in college teaching. Graduate students must teach for two semesters to pursue this certificate.


 

 Professional Development Certificate for Preparing Future Faculty

The Professional Development Certificate for Preparing Future Faculty (PDC:PFF) offers graduate students the opportunity to pursue a project on teaching at the college level under the guidance of a faculty mentor. Graduate students are not required to teach to pursue this certificate.
