The Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program supports the following publications, which serve as venues for undergraduate research, scholarly and/or creative work at the University of Colorado Boulder.

  • Faculty: Publications Grants provide up to $3,000 to support institutional publications.

Colorado Journal of Asian Studies

The Colorado Journal of Asian Studies is an undergraduate journal published by the Center for Asian Studies at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Each year we highlight outstanding theses from our graduating seniors in the Asian Studies major.

Journal Twenty Twenty

Journal Twenty Twenty is the University of Colorado at Boulder's student-run creative nonfiction journal; celebrating undergraduate voices in creative nonfiction through personal essays, new journalism, portrait, memoir, and much more.

Walkabout Creative Art’s Journal

Walkabout is a publication that seeks to foster a community of passionate people who encourage creativity in each other. We have been publishing the prose, poetry, & art of undergraduate students at the University of Colorado Boulder since 1973.

University of Colorado Honors Journal

The Honors Journal is an interdisciplinary, student-run journal published annually by the Honors Program under the supervision of a faculty advisor and the Director of the Honors Program. The Journal presents a collection of works that reflect the utmost talent, diligence, and creativity among undergraduate students at the University of Colorado Boulder.

Colorado Journal of Applied Mathematics

JAM is a branch of CU Boulder's undergraduate chapter of the Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM). We want to reach out to students in the Boulder community and publish their projects and research within the field of engineering. We hope to receive entries from a variety of areas such as physics, statistics, aerospace engineering, computer science, and any other field that uses mathematics extensively.
