Faculty Project Grant recipients start the process by submitting their portion of the Team Final Survey, then their student team members will receive email notifications with unique links to submit their portion of the survey. We strongly encourage mentors and team members to review the survey prompts and prepare responses in advance.
This form allows you to include up to 10 team members, who will each receive an email notification asking them to complete an optional Team Grant Student Survey. If you have more than 10 team members, you will have the option to list them after the first 10 have been entered; these students will be sent survey notifications separately.

CU Boulder has an expansive history engaging undergraduates in the research and creative life of the campus dating to the creation of UROP in 1986.
