CU Freeskiing Dryland Training Program

About Dryland:

Preseason dryland is an important part of the ski year. It allows our athletes to get strong and progress in what ever discipline they are presuing. Going in tothe season strong helps prevent unnessesary injuries. Dryland is not mandatory but is recomended for those wanting to excel and stay safe throughout the season.

CU Freeskiing Dryland schedule as follows:

Monday-Thursday 7:00-9:30 (Yoga, and Strength or Cardio)

Dryland is led by Alexis Keeney and Dylan Smith
