The offices of the Bursar, Financial Aid, Scholarship Services, Registrar, and Admissions will be closed from Monday, Dec. 22 to Friday, Jan. 2.
- Dec. 22 & 23: staff available only by phone and email
- Dec. 24 to Jan. 2: offices are closed and staff will not be available by phone or email
Staff will be available to help answer questions when offices reopen on Monday, Jan. 5 at 9 a.m. Mountain Time. Thank you for your patience.

Parents
Students' educational records are protected by Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) once they start attending college. Understanding FERPA is important when calling about your student's account. Without a FERPA Consent to Release, we are unable to talk with you about their financial aid and/or scholarships.
