The mountains of Colorado are a winter wonderland, filled with activities like skiing, snowshoeing and winter camping, but are you prepared? This interactive workshop will give you the tools you need to plan and prepare for your next winter trip in the mountains. Learn our staff's favorite spots, what to pack and how to utilize mapping software to mitigate risks and plan trips that are both safe and fun!

Show off your backcountry cooking skills in this Top Chef style competition on camp stoves. After a brief camp stove demonstration, pairs will receive a secret cooking challenge. Teams will battle it out to see who can create the most delicious dish using pantry items and meeting the brief! Cooking equipment and all ingredients provided!

Do you know how to maintain the gear that keeps you safe? Spend the evening with Outdoor Pursuits and learn how to maintain your climbing equipment to extend it's life and improve it's function. We will cover the basics of cleaning and lubing cams and carabiners, washing and storing ropes and guidelines for recognizing gear that needs to be retired. Bring you're gear (or practice with ours) and learn how to give your ATC a little TLC!
