Join us for a month of celebrating you!
Plan to attend some of the many free events that are included this month that encourages celebrating what your body is capable of:
- Learn how to support your body thru Nutrition Talks with RD’s from campus on a variety of topics.
- Expand your knowledge of Strength Training by attending one of the workshops during the month devoted to specific areas in the body.
- Have some fun with the Free Friday Power Hour each week, designed to inspire physically as well as mentally.
No registration required for any of the events. Bring your friends, make some new ones; enjoy celebrating you.
