Paddle Board Pilates

Take your core training to the next level, jump on the GLIDE board and see how regular Mat Pilates gets lifted to a whole new challenge. All levels welcome.

*Please wear a modest bathing suit or clothing appropriated for the pool, allowing for movement. All participants should be comfortable in deep water.

Skating Skills

An adult skills based skating instruction class for individuals who have never skated or are looking to improving their skating skill for general recreation skating.  Skate rentals included.

Paddle Board Yoga 

Take your yoga off the mat and into the pool. Improve balance and gain core strength while practicing the inner awareness of yoga on a paddleboard.  This class will enhance inner stability while gently floating on the water. *Please wear a modest bathing suit or clothing appropriate for the pool allowing for movement while doing yoga postures. *All participants should be comfortable in deep water.
