Paddle Board Yoga 

Take your yoga off the mat and into the pool. Improve balance and gain core strength while practicing the inner awareness of yoga on a paddleboard.  This class will enhance inner stability while gently floating on the water. *Please wear a modest bathing suit or clothing appropriate for the pool allowing for movement while doing yoga postures. *All participants should be comfortable in deep water.

Skating Skills

An adult skills based skating instruction class for individuals who have never skated or are looking to improving their skating skill for general recreation skating.  Skate rentals included.

Gymnastics: Skills and Drills

Whether you have done gymnastics before or have no experience, join us for a skills improvement class focused on sport-specific conditioning. We will work on skills involving bars, floor, balance, flexibility and overall strength. Exercises and skills will be scaled based on experience. All levels are welcome.

Hockey Skills and Drills

Get onto the ice and learn how to play Hockey. This class will teach the basic skills of hockey; skating, shooting, passing and game strategy.  Notice your confidence level rise every time you step out on the ice.  No previous skating experience required.
