Functional Training

Energize your current workout routine by kicking it up to the next level in this 4 week small group training. Participants will learn proper progression, form and full body movemenst to create their own individualized functional training program. Kettlebell Training

This small group training course will help participants to learn and develop fundamental kettlebell movements, including the swing, clean, snatch, press, get-up and squat. Participants will develop proficiency, master complex movements and explore different ways to approach kettlebell training, including endurance, strength and skill based movements. This class is open to all skill levels. No prior experience or training required.

Free Weight Foundations

This 6-week course will cover the fundamentals of training with free weights and how to create a progressive exercise program to reach your fitness goals. Build your confidence by incorporating a wide variety of exercises into your workout routine and developing proper form and strength training techniques. All levels welcome, no experience required.

Power Lifting

Join one of our Certified Personal Trainers for a 5-week intensive course on proper form and progression of powerlifting movements including squat, deadlift and bench press. Whether it be your first time performing each lift or prepping for a competition this small group training will help fine tune your lifting techniques for maximal strength results. All levels welcome, no experience required.

Mind & Body Courses

Yoga Basics

This small group workshop teaches the basics of yoga. Classes will focus on the breath work, postures and alignment. Yoga Basics will provide space for experienced practioners to deepen their understanding while providing an open space for newcomers to learn about the benefits regular yoga practice. Each class will have a similar design, with breath and posture warm-up, followed by 10-15 minutes of workshop-style discussion. Classes will conclude with restorative postures and guided relaxation.
