This class will help you build strength, agility, mobility and coordination through dynamic animal movements! We will incorporate a dynamic warm-up with a focus on wrist mobility and floor work that uses variations of full body exercises based on animal movements for a fun challenge. Each class will conclude with calisthenics skill work on movements such as muscle-ups, planche and handstands. No experience necessary, all levels are welcome.
