Small Group Trainings:

Equipment rental will be available for checkout at the rec center for participants to keep for the duration of the training (coming soon). Now you can complete your strength, cardio and flexibility workouts at home with the guidance of a Personal Trainer along with all of the necessary equipment! 

Strength and Endurance Courses

Free Weight Foundations

This 6-week course will cover the fundamentals of training with free weights and how to create a progressive exercise program to reach your fitness goals. Build your confidence by incorporating a wide variety of exercises into your workout routine and developing proper form and strength training techniques. All levels welcome, no experience required.

Aerobic Capacity

This endurance training group will improve your aerobic power through short, high intensity intervals. We will utilize a variety of cardio equipment to improve your cardiovascular endurance and lactic acid threshold.

Powerlifting

Join one of our Certified Personal Trainers for a 5-week intensive course on proper form and progression of powerlifting movements including squat, deadlift and bench press. Whether it's your first time performing each lift or prepping for a competition, this small group training will help fine tune your lifting techniques for optimal strength results. All levels welcome, no experience required.

Mind & Body Courses

Sleep Prep Yoga

Join us for a beginner-friendly yoga class designed to help you get a restful night of sleep. This course will focus on deep stretching and breathing exercises that you can do each night before bed. You'll also develop movement skills to help clear your mind at the end of the day. Be prepared to leave class feeling blissful and well-rested. All levels welcome, no experience necessary.

Yoga Basics

This small group workshop teaches the basics of yoga. Classes will focus on the breath work, postures and alignment. Yoga Basics will provide space for experienced practitioners to deepen their understanding while providing an open space for newcomers to learn about the benefits regular yoga practice. Each class will have a similar design, with breath and posture warm-up, followed by 10-15 minutes of workshop-style discussion. Classes will conclude with restorative postures and guided relaxation.
