Training Philosophy
My goal as a personal trainer is to help my clients fully experience the joy that movement provides. The human body is truly amazing and movement is such a gift. Being able to fully immerse ourselves in spaces to glorify this gift is something I am deeply passionate about. I will help my clients enter the space of fitness with confidence and view it as safe, welcoming and empowering with abundant opportunity for growth. I will guide my clients to develop an intrinsic motivation for bettering their physical health and overall well-being.
