Paddleboard Yoga
Take your yoga off the mat and into the pool! This class will help improve your balance, core strength and inner awareness. Please wear a modest bathing suit or clothing appropriate for the pool. All participants should be comfortable in deep water.
This class is ideal for beginners and dancers who want to strengthen their foundational training. We will cover barre and floor work, including plié, tendu, rond de jambe, basic turns, jumps and more. No equipment required.
