Due to ongoing renovations, the Rec Center's main entrance has been temporarily relocated. Please use the east-side entrance at the top of Stadium Drive.
On football game days at Folsom Field, all Rec Center visitors must use the north-side entrance.

Plan ahead and follow posted signage for the most direct route into the Rec Center.

- Time: 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Location: Buff Pool Deck
- No equipment needed
FREE Glutes, Core & More
- Time: 3 to 4 p.m.
- Location: Fitness Court
- Bring your own yoga mat
FREE Outdoor Yoga Class
- Time: 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
- Location: Sewall Field
- Bring your own yoga mat
