Reservations can be made online or over the phone. The rental rates with Avis, Enterprise and Hertz have been agreed to under the terms and conditions of the State of Colorado Price Agreement, so it is important to use the phone numbers and websites listed on our Rental Vehicle page to make your reservation.

All three rental agencies provide after-hours emergency road-side service and assistance.
Typically all three agencies have one 15-passenger van available and multiple 12-passenger vans. If more than one (15-passenger) van is needed, contact Hertz a minimum of one week in advance of your reservation. Hertz can arrange for additional 15-passenger vans to be available for your reservation.
All three agencies have 4-wheel drive SUVs available. Hertz discourages the use of their SUVs on 4 wheel drive trails, and should be driven on nothing less than “graded forest roads.” Avis should be used if your plans take you on a forest trail since their SUVs are equipped with All-Terrain tires.
You must use your CU Travel Card to purchase fuel.
Yes, you will need to purchase a temporary parking permit to park the rental vehicle on campus. The individual renter will be responsible for any citations received during their rental period. For additional questions contact 303-735-PARK (7275).
