Electrical Engineering Concentration (12 credits)
This concentration is for students looking for more depth in electrical engineering. The goal is to teach students the fundamentals of electrical engineering and introduce them to at least one of its many advanced application areas. Such skills are important to students who expect to participate in real-world situations that increasingly involve electrical engineering applications.
Students are encouraged to apply for the Electrical Engineering Minor to enroll in ECEN restricted courses. Other restricted courses may also require submission of the Course Request Form. Students wishing to complete a Electrical Engineering Minor may need to complete additional coursework. Please see the Electrical Engineering Minor website for details.
Students should plan on a minimum of three semesters to complete this concentration.
Note: Students declared in the Electrical Emphasis cannot also declare the Electrical Engineering Concentration.
