The Anseth group designs biomaterial scaffolds with highly-controlled architectures and chemistries for three-dimensional cell culture, tissue regeneration, and biological assays.

My research interests are in biophysics and soft condensed matter physics. Current projects focus on active soft matter and the physics of cell division.

I developed and maintain a suite of programs for analysis and visualization of electron microscopy tomograms.
