All advance ticket sales for events at Macky occur through the show’s presenter website and/or Box Office. For example, tickets to Boulder Philharmonic concerts are sold through the Boulder Philharmonic Box Office. Please consult the calendar of events for show specific ticketing information.

Night-of-Show Tickets
The Box Office is located in the west lobby and generally opens one hour before each performance, pending availability. The Box Office sells tickets for that evening’s performance only. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
Will Call
Will Call tickets are available in the Macky Will Call Box Office one hour prior to show time. To pick up in advance or make inquiries about your tickets, please contact the event presenter.
Refunds, Exchanges and Returns
Sorry, all sales for tickets sold by Macky Auditorium are final and we do not offer refunds.
For tickets not sold by Macky Auditorium: Depending on the event promoter, you may still return tickets you know you’re not going to use, or consider exchanging your tickets for another performance within their own series, if available. For further information on refunds, returns and exchanges, please visit the presenter' website (the website or outlet where you bought the tickets). Keep in mind that each presenter may have different policies from Macky Auditorium.
Event Cancellations Due to Weather
Events will be held as scheduled unless the CU Boulder Campus is closed. Campus closures will be announced on the CU Boulder website. In the event campus is closed and an event is cancelled, Macky Auditorium and/or the presenter will try to reschedule the event and contact ticketholders. If the event cannot be rescheduled, ticketholders should call the ticketing provider for the event (i.e. Macky Auditorium for Macky ticketed events, CU Presents for Artist Series, Boulder Philharmonic, etc.).
