Policies

The Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance (OIEC) is responsible for implementing and enforcing four university policies for students, staff, and faculty:

See CU Boulder's nondiscrimination statement.

See CU Vice President of Compliance and Equity Antisemitic and Anti-Islamic Harassment statement.

The OIEC Resolution Procedures outline how complaints brought to our office are handled in compliance with state and federal laws, and the applicable policies. OIEC employs fair and unbiased processes and engages with individuals who seek our assistance with respect and dignity.

ADA Compliance is responsible for ensuring that accommodations for disability, pregnancy, and pregnancy-related medical conditions are implemented for employees and visitors under the Americans with Disabilities Act

If someone has a complaint not covered in the policies administered by OIEC, we will connect individuals to the correct resource on or off campus.
