This video discusses how to fit the saturated twin model in OpenMx, which estimates the twin means, variances, and covariances without estimating latent variances (VA, VD, and VC) to test basic data assumptions of the ACE/ADE models. It also provides an intro to estimating VA, VC, and VE or VA, VD, and VE using the classical twin design.
