Research Interests:

I'm interested in the interplay between genetics and the environment and how this interaction shapes the aging process across the entire lifespan. From early life experiences to everyday exposures, I want to understand how these factors work together with our genes to continuously influence trajectories of physical, cognitive, and biological aging. By understanding these complex gene-environment interactions over time, I hope to identify how early influences and environments contribute to healthy---or unhealthy---aging processes, creating a more nuanced model of aging that identifies critical periods of vulnerability and resilience, ultimately informing interventions that promote healthier aging from the earliest stages of life.
