Josh Tueting

I grew up in a family of nurses and nursing aids in the mid-west. I love interacting with people. I have always had a strong interest in helping others and benefitting my community--thus nursing and being a nurse practitioner has been a good fit as a profession for me.

Areas of interest

I focus most of my reading on health related topics including sports performance, longevity, along with peak health. I am
an ultramarathon runner, avid biker, snowboarder, and meditate frequently. I love being outdoors and in the mountains.
