Air Basics, Inc. is a growing regulatory consulting firm located in downtown Denver and has been providing air regulatory expertise, permitting, and compliance services for more than 20 years. We currently focus on the oil and gas industry and are expanding due to the recent, tightened air quality regulations. We are looking for people who thrive in a small-office atmosphere, seek opportunities for professional growth, and can exhibit a high level of professionalism when interacting with our clientele. 

Responsibilities​

  • Preparing and submitting technical documentation
  • Supporting engineers and project managers with a variety of tasks
  • Calculating emissions for oil and gas sources
  • Working with large spreadsheets and copious amounts of data 
  • Collecting and reviewing compliance data
  • Evaluating compliance data against regulatory thresholds
  • Submitting official regulatory documentation as well as subsequent filing and tracking
  • Building professional relationships and communicating with office and field personnel 
  • Maintaining and managing environmental databases

The ideal candidate will add value to a multi-faceted, dynamic technical team with self-motivation, teamwork, a mind for excellence, and an eye for detail. Anticipate 90% office work and 10% field work at industrial E&P facilities and field offices. Experience with the oil and gas industry or environmental databases a plus. Social strengths also a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the physical sciences
  • High level of professionalism
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills
  • Aptitude in the Microsoft Office suite 
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and capabilities.
