Congrats to Sydney Ulliman on winning First Place for the inaugural Jim Bolton Student Best Presentation Award at the International UV Association World Congress in Sydney, Australia on February 13, 2019. Sydney presented her paper on "Nitrate: Friend or Foe of UV Advanced Oxidation?” based on her PhD research into advanced oxidation for sustainable water reuse. She is in the last year of her PhD work under the mentorship of Professor Karl Linden at CU Boulder.
