Wendy Martin holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a master’s degree in Engineering Management with an emphasis in Applied Statistics, Six Sigma and Quality Systems from the University of Colorado, Boulder and is certified as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

During the last 30 years, Wendy has worked helped a variety of business, educational and government entities as a business and process improvement specialist, coach, and mentor. Her professional focus has been teaching others to both identify and fix critical process-related issues, as well as management system issues, and mentoring and coaching new practitioners on the proper use of process improvement methods to maximize operational excellence and process / product quality. Her passion is teaching students in the fields of applied statistics, quality systems and reliability methods, using applied classical statistical methods as well as modern statistical methods for quality and operations improvement.
