George Angel served IBM for over 30 years as a Certified Project Management Executive, is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) since July 1998, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. George is also founder and manager of Eagle Business Services, a project management education and consulting company since 1994.
While working at IBM, George managed multi-million dollar projects and was a global education program manager for an additional ten years. During this time, George developed and taught over 100 project management courses and trained other (20) instructors internationally for IBM. George is a published author and continues to teach PM classes to a wide range of organizations, universities, and agencies across the globe.
George joined the EMP faculty in 2013 and has been teaching the EMEN4030 Project Management Systems class since that time. When not teaching, he enjoys hiking, biking, and other outdoor activity especially when it involves time with his two daughters and four grand kids.
George holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Albuquerque and a Stanford Advanced Project Management (SAPM) certification.
