Christy Bozic is an accomplished educator, scholar, and engineering management professional. Dr. Bozic's academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction from Purdue University, where her research focused on innovative instructional methods in engineering and technology education. She holds an MBA from Butler University and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering Technology & Supply Chain Management from Purdue University.

With a background that includes roles at Purdue University and extensive experience in global business development with companies like Federal Mogul, Kimball Electronics Group and TDK Corporation, she brings a unique blend of academic rigor and practical industry insight. Dr. Bozic is a recognized authority in the field, with certifications in Project Management (PMP) and Engineering Management (CPEM).

After joining the faculty in 2014, she currently serves as the Lockheed Martin Professor of Engineering Management and Faculty Director of the Engineering Management Program. She teaches classes in project management and engineering economics.

As an author and speaker, her body of work includes publications on topics such as university/industry partnerships, innovation education, and workforce development. Beyond her academic pursuits, she engages actively in professional associations, including ASEE, ASEM, and PMI, reflecting her commitment to advancing engineering education and project management practices.
