Ethan Blevins

Ethan Blevins is a senior legal fellow on Pacific Legal Foundation’s Constitutional Scholarship team. He writes about property rights, free speech, and economic liberty, among other issues. Previously, he worked as a staff attorney with Pacific Legal Foundation and clerked for Fifth Circuit Judge Don Willett. He received his JD and an LLM in international and comparative law from Duke School of Law. When Ethan is not writing law review articles, he is writing fantasy novels (he suspects the audience for both is the same: no one). He has a habit of shoehorning his two great loves—Star Wars and Lord of the Rings—into every presentation he gives. Ethan lives in Utah with his wife and four children.
