The MLP courses are different from the equivalent mainstream classes mainly because a different pedagogy, teaching materials and methodology are employed to meet the needs of the students. For example, instructors use a multisensory approach to engage the senses, classes are capped at 14 students, and free tutoring through ALTEC is incentivized.
Students are not able to enroll in the modified courses via the online registration portal. Upon eligibility notification, students will receive an email with instructions on the next steps.
