Julia Uhr is a licensed attorney in Colorado and a programmer, and she is currently pursuing a PhD in Creative Technology and Design. Her research focuses on XR and tech policy. Julia has a MA in philosophy and a JD degree, both from the University of Colorado Boulder. She also holds a BA in philosophy from Mount Holyoke College. She is advised by Ellen Do and Ajume Wingo.
