Lily Board began her CU Boulder career in 2008 as an academic advisor in the Psychology Department (now the Psychology & Neuroscience Department). In 2010, Lily was honored with CU Boulder’s Women Who Make a Difference Award. In 2011, she received the National Academic Advising Association’s (NACADA) Outstanding New Advisor Award, shortly before becoming the Director of Academic Advising & The Learning Commons at Naropa University. During her time at Naropa she went on to serve as the Associate Dean for Naropa College before returning to the College of Arts & Sciences in 2018 in her current role. In 2020, Lily was awarded CU Boulder’s Outstanding Advising Administrator Award and NACADA’s Outstanding Advising Administrator Award. 

As Assistant Dean for Academic Advising & Student Success, Lily provides strategic leadership and guidance for the College of Arts & Sciences’ Academic Advising & Coaching (A&S AAC) unit, Undergraduate Academic Operations, and the Office of Pre-Health Advising. Lily provides leadership on the design and implementation of a wide range of college and campus student success initiatives. She also represents the College of Arts & Sciences on the Campus Advising Leadership Council (CALC).
