Robin Swift

Robin Swift is the director of projects for the office of the provost. In this role, she leads a variety of projects that serve the provost and the academic mission. Current projects include accreditation, common curriculum, the Buff Undergraduate Success (BUS) effort, and online education (Coursera). 

She is a certified project manager (Project Management Institute), a certified scrum master, and a certified change manager (Prosci). 

At CU Boulder since 2016, Swift has provided project management and change management support in the Office of Information Technology where she was instrumental in the design and launch of the student portal, Buff Portal, and managed the launch of the student enrollment software, Class Search. 

Prior to joining CU Boulder, Swift has held combined engineering and project management positions at TerraTherm and Geosyntec Consultants. She is an accomplished project leader known and respected for building strong relationships with client executive teams and staff.

Swift earned an MS in organizational leadership from the University of Colorado Boulder and a BS in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
