OIT

AT-Consulting@Colorado.edu,

Information about the Academic Technology Assistants (ATAs), who can help with D2L, is in the handout that Mark Werner had sent you to distribute to the institute participants. I've attached the handout and also copied info about the Academic Technology Assistants below. The information is also on our website.  Every faculty member that our Academic Technology Assistants work with gets a survey asking about their satisfaction with the assistance ATAs provided - so far we are at 100% satisfaction rate.

Our team has Academic Technology Assistants ready to answer your questions about OIT-supported technologies, such as Desire2Learn, Qualtrics, VoiceThread,

and CUClickers. You can also reach our assistants at or you can call our IT Service Center at 3037354357 (5HELP from a campus phone).

OIT also has a great library of online tutorials available on the OIT website – here's a link to the tutorials http://www.colorado.edu/oit/services/teaching-learning-tools/desire2learn-d2l/help/instructor-support/d2ltutorials
