The University of Colorado at Boulder offers many wonderful venues for you to host an event. The majority of our scheduling is done through the UMC Scheduling office, at 303-492-8833. Larger conferences and events should contact Conference Services, 303-492-5151.

Events with Alcohol

If you represent a non-University organization or are a private individual planning an event with alcohol on the CU Boulder campus, please contact the Campus Alcohol Agent at 303-492-3269 or  The Campus Alcohol Agent will assist you in choosing a venue and scheduling your event and answer any questions you have about alcohol service on campus.

Space on Campus

From ballrooms to boardrooms, the University of Colorado at Boulder has a wide variety of meeting and event space that can be rented by the public. We have several on-site caterers, and many of our venues allow outside catering. For the location of the venues listed below, visit the online campus map.
