Connect with fellow Transfer Buffs
Get connected with the Transfer Student Peer Mentorship Program. Our Transfer Peer Mentors are current CU transfer students who are here to support you during your exploration and journey as a CU Transfer Buff. They are happy to connect with you directly to share their experiences, provide insight into the CU Boulder experience or simply answer any questions you may have. Their primary role is peer mentorship and to advocate on behalf of transfer students by providing increased support services and engagement opportunities.
The Sharer Scholarship is awarded to newly admitted transfer students who are residents, transferring to CU Boulder from a Colorado college or university and plan to graduate within two years.
The Sharer Scholars Program for Transfer Students provides talented students with the financial, social and emotional support needed to successfully complete their degrees and prepare for careers after graduation.
The Summer Transfer Excellence Program (STEP) is a rigorous academic program designed to support incoming Arts & Sciences Transfer Students who are underrepresented and/or first-generation college students in their transition to CU Boulder. This five-week summer bridge program prepares students academically and socially for CU Boulder through engaging coursework and the chance to build a supportive network of peers, faculty and staff. Students will take two-courses (six credits total) that count towards degree progress, participate in community building activities and learn about resources and opportunities on campus and in the Miramontes Arts & Sciences Program (MASP). Students who complete STEP and enroll in CU in the fall become eligible to join MASP and receive a participation scholarship.
The Research Experience for Community College Students (RECCS)
