The offices of the Bursar, Financial Aid, Scholarship Services, Registrar, and Admissions will be closed from Monday, Dec. 22 to Friday, Jan. 2.
- Dec. 22 & 23: staff available only by phone and email
- Dec. 24 to Jan. 2: offices are closed and staff will not be available by phone or email
Staff will be available to help answer questions when offices reopen on Monday, Jan. 5 at 9 a.m. Mountain Time. Thank you for your patience.
Fall and Spring Hours

- Front desk in Regent 175: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Time
Advisors can assist with questions and document drop-off at the front desk. In-person appointments are available on a walk-in basis; no reservation needed. Office hours are subject to university holidays.

All new student employees are required to complete an I-9 form with Human Resources. Bring your original acceptable documents to the I-9 office, located in Regent Administrative Center, room 1B28, or call 303-735-8191 if working out of state/area.
